The Agriplex, situated on the south end of the Washington State Fair Events Center is a modern take on a barn structure. The generous open floor plan will accommodate a variety of public and private functions all year round.

True to its name, The Fair Farm is available for animal shows and can accommodate portable horse stalls. The area surrounding the Fair Farm is nicely landscaped with festoon lighting on buildings and trees. The open beamed ceiling and shuttered windows also make the Fair Farm an ideal and nostalgic location for dances, banquets, and meetings with a western theme.

This spectacular building can accommodate up to guests reception style, or guests dining style. The unique space offers a commercial catering kitchen, built-in projector screen, sound system, and many other amenities.

Located just inside the Gold Gate entrance in the main courtyard near the antique merry-go-round and fountain, the Pavilion is comprised of two floors, which are available as one unit or individually as desired. The second floor of the 46, square foot Pavilion, with views overlooking the Northwest Concert Center and the Showplex Exhibition Center, is easily accessible with a service elevator and a glass enclosed escalator.
